Recipes
My recipes are always gluten-free and dairy-free with the exception of grass-fed butter or ghee. I love taking traditional recipes and putting a healthy spin on them. I also love incorporating lots of plants into my meals and believe that the majority of our plate should be filled with vegetables and then we can add in healthy fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
